Scarborough Faire

We took all three girls to Scarborough Faire a few weeks ago and had a blast! Last year we just took Trinity and she has been talking (and bragging about it) ever since so we thought the other two would be prepared enough to participate this time around. We took a ton of pictures, I really don't know how to pick and choose which ones to post but I'll try to not overload the site!
Last year we bought Trinity a flower crown which has proudly been hanging on her wall all year and she wore back to the festival this year. The first thing we did when we got there (other than stare at all the costumes and the GIANT man guarding the gates) was buy one for Emory

The girls very quickly found the rides and games and had so much fun with them! Emory called one of the men pushing them on a ride (when she found out it was a person instead of a machine) a "silly man" in her monster voice. He was hysterical and claimed that was one he had not been called before! Too cute!

Trinity was awesome at darts! I think she threw 15 times and all but two of them actually stuck in the wall. I think only one time they hit the target, but I was very impressed she was able to throw hard enough to get them to stick in the wall!

Emory's throws weren't quite as strong, but she still enjoyed trying!

With all of that gaming we worked up quite an appetite and had to share in the delight of a HUGE turkey leg!

Next we moved on to the "kids games" where even Addison was able to participate!

Who would have ever thought picking a rubbie duckie could be such a decision?

I bet it took her five minutes to choose the right one! I guess it worked because it was a winner and boy was she proud!

Then it was time for an Italian Ice...MMMMMM!!!!!!

We found this cool carved tree stump/chair thing that was perfect for taking picutres, so take pictures we did!

Okay, seriously...how cute is this?!?! I love those moments when the girls are sweet to each other! Thank goodness we caught this one on film!

What a wonderful family day! We look forward to doing it again next year!
