15 months?

So I started this post Thursday evening and thanks to the crazy spring weather I was forced to shut down my computer before the lightening did it for me...now it's Monday and I'm just getting back to it...

I can't believe it's been 15 months since our precious baby girl joined the family! What an amazing 15 months it's been too! Addison has grown so much and is starting to say a lot more words (although I'm probably the only person who can understand them) and is starting to become her own person. She is really into purses, babies and shoes, just like Emory. They have a lot of fun playing together. She is extremely opinionated and verbal just like Trinity. She is not afraid to ask for what she wants and demand it if she doesn't get it by asking politely.

We had her 15 month check up today and everything was perfect! The pediatrician was very proud of how well she is doing with her ability to communicate, move about and follow directions, not to mention knowing some of her body parts (nose, eye, ear, mouth, toes, feet, hand...I think that's all). Her stats from today are:

Weight: 23 lbs 1 oz (55th percentile)

length: 30" (45th percentile)

head: 19" (off the chart)

I'm still not sure where she's getting these proportions from, but we are all confident she will shoot up in the length at some point. Of course both of her sisters' heads are off the charts too, so I guess that's to be expected.

I took pictures of her with her best friend, "Mister Frog" today, something I haven't done for the past couple of months (I know, total slacker Mom).

Greg is training Addison to be his sports buddy. He had her sitting so still and watching the Stars with him, I'm sure she was so still because she loves hockey and not because of the fact she had just had three shots and no nap:) He did teach her to say "Dallas Stars" though. Of course it sounds more like, "Das Sa", but he'll take it!

I can't believe yet another month has come and gone! My baby girl is quickly turning into a toddler and before I know it she'll be a teenager...
